As indicated on Friday please find included in this email blast a link to the proposed constitution that has been developed in response to Pogson review. The board has received legal advice that it is simply good governance that a draft of the proposed constitution is released for member consultation and comment. It is expected that there will be elements of the proposal that will require modification before being accepted.
The board intends on providing time at the AGM to ensure that there is appropriate consultation process. It is then a recommendation that special EGM is called to further debate and approve the constitution.
If members have any comments on the draft then these can be forwarded for consideration at the next board meeting through submission to info@www.herefordsaustralia.com.au
