ALPA members and guests attending the 2017 ALPA Queensland Young Auctioneers Dinner this Thursday will be treated to some of the finest beef in the country. The Pullman hotel will be serving up Hereford Reserve steak at the annual event held in Brisbane.
Hereford Reserve is produced from 100% Hereford cattle sourced from the prime grazing lands of the Northern NSW Tablelands and Southern Queensland. The Hereford Reserve branded beef is produced from cattle fed a high energy grain ration for 120+ days. Hereford Reserve is highly marbled ensuring a consistent, tender and enjoyable eating experience. Hereford Reserve is exported to the EU Market, supplied to fine dining establishments throughout northern Europe, Greece and Scandinavia. Hereford Reserve is produced by NH Foods Australia.
“What a great opportunity it is to be able to serve Hereford Reserve on the menu for Agents, Producers and Industry representatives at the ALPA dinner in Brisbane” said Greg Krarup of NH Foods Australia.
“This product is sort after throughout Europe and now we as an industry get to sample some of this fine Hereford product. I’m sure everyone will enjoy” he added.
Herefords Australia are partnered with the Australian Livestock and Property Agents Association Ltd (ALPA) and have been for the past few years.
ALPA and HA share the same belief that our youth are our future and HA are proud to be closely involved in the young members of ALPA through their Young Auctioneers program, giving these members an exposure to our breed that they may not have experienced.
