Winter Genetics are offering 20 2 yr old bulls for sale via Auctions Plus. Bulls can be viewed at our open day on 14 August. These bulls are the second offering of sale bulls from Winter Genetics (established as Winter Herefords in 1992).
Sale bulls are from two sires. Wirruna Page WNAP070 (12 bulls offered) is a well-rounded docile bull with excellent fertility, weight and carcase traits. He is top 5% for all four $ indexes. He is a Wirruna Ledger L285 son and his dam’s sire was Otapawa Spark 3060 (NZ). The quality of his calves speak for themselves. VP Endure Q033 (9 bulls offered) is a NJW 79Z Z311 ENDURE 173D son. He is a long, deep, dark red bull with excellent muscling structure and docility. Top 5% for EMA, he has excellent fertility, birth weight, scrotal size and days to calve figures. He has produced some excellent, handsome and quiet bulls.
All bulls are morphology tested, fully vaccinated and independently structurally assessed.
